合规变了什么IOR Regulation

以前挂个名义 IOR、临时拼资料就能进口;现在不行了。CPSC 要求进口前就用 eFiling 提交证书数据,海关也追查 IOR 是否真正掌握产品、原产地和申报。资料对不上,轻则放行慢,重则扣货、罚款。Name-only IORs no longer clear easily. CPSC wants eFiling data before import; customs checks IOR control. Data gaps slow clearance or trigger penalties.
